There are now about 200 subscribers to this substack and many others drop in, now and again. In a recent post I provided a pretty hefty comprehensive academic paper about the attribution of Lodge Park, and the possibility (I think quite strong) that it is designed by Inigo Jones, and that the building’s construction was managed by Isaac de Caus. Now, I know some of you were put off by the detailed academic paper , and didn’t get round to reading it - and that’s OK, I understand. One or two others have suggested I provide a podcast occasionally - so I thought, as a trial, I’d try a “podcast” which discusses the Inigo Jones paper. So here it is - it’s not perfect, and a bit clunky, really just dipping my toe in the waters. Let me know what you think.
